Description:
The Federal Real Estate Agency is planning a new campus.
The campus will be used during operation after an already available urban planning
Concept including development redesigned and -in terms of.
In four construction phases, 27 new buildings with different use are expected to
built -up become.
Each of these construction phases includes extensive parallel to the respective new buildings
Discussion measures from both buildings and traffic areas and
Savings/infrastructure as well as new construction of free facilities, traffic areas, divisions and
Enclosures.
The spatial program includes a usage area of a total of around 41,000 m2 as well
8,100 m2 of additional needs and contains areas for a total of around 1,380
Jobs distributed on offices, IT laboratories, workshops, further training, warehouse, data centers,
Community rooms and meals etc.
The majority of the buildings have a mixture of the mentioned uses.
