Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH (HEnW) is a 100% municipal energy supplier. In order to achieve the climate goals of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the proportion of coal-based district heating is to be reduced from currently around 64% to zero by 2030. On this The “Tiefstack Transformation (TiTra)” program was initiated. At the Tiefstack combined heat and power plant (HKW) site, two hard coal-fired steam generators are currently generating electricity and district heating in cogeneration operation. To decarbonize this location is substitution the fuel hard coal is replaced by natural gas (H-gas). In addition, the steam generators should be able to be operated temporarily with heating oil EL (HEL low sulfur according to DIN 51603-1). Project: Deep stack transformation (TiTra) - operation with gas (BmG) - Award unit (lot) 8 - EMSR technology Lot 8 ensures the cross-trade electrical connection of all new and existing system parts with the switchgear and the main control technology and takes over the electrical dismantling of the no longer required components. Lot 8 is the central link between: the process engineering lots 1-7 (aggregates, sensors, actuators, black boxes), the switchgear, the main control technology (lot 9), and represents the electrical functionality of the converted entire system safely.
