The municipality of Wilburgstetten is tendering the property planning building (service profile § 34 HOAI) for its FFW operational building with BRK share in stages from the preliminary planning (LPh 2).

The community of Wilburgstetten The property planning building (service profile § 34 HOAI) is gradually tendering for its FFW operational building with BRK share starting from the preliminary planning (LPh 2).
- Stage 1 is preliminary planning (LPh 2).
- Stage 2 includes design planning (LPh 3) and approval planning (LPh 4)
- Stage 3 includes implementation planning (LPh 5), preparation and participation in the award process (LPh 6 and 7).
There is no entitlement to the transfer of further levels beyond level 1.
The municipality of Wilburgstetten is planning to build a new FFW operations building BRK portion northwest of their primary school and daycare center adjacent to Weiltinger Strasse and the federal highway B 25.
In an overall urban development context, the planned construction project will result in the necessary expansion of the Wilburgstetten elementary school to include all-day care and additional functional rooms seen. Against this background, the municipality had an urban planning framework drawn up by the architectural firm Moser + Guckert (as of August 1, 2025), which is enclosed with the tender documents.
