- Description:
- The town hall of the city of Puchheim consists of 4 angularly arranged components A-D, which were built between 1964 and 1979. The central functions of the city administration are housed in components A and B, component C is the meeting room wing. One yard becomes another municipal building, the city library was formed. Both the facades and roof of the town hall are susceptible to damage and can currently only be operated with a high level of maintenance. The sun protection is broken in many places. There is no barrier-free access in the building or in the forecourt. A new main entrance to the town hall is to be created via the forecourt. The main entrance currently leads through the meeting wing. Components A, B and C are to be preserved in the long term. For the two remaining components on the farm, replacement buildings are planned in the long term (but these are not Subject of the contract advertised here). A feasibility study by an architect on shell renovation is available.
All construction work should be carried out while the town hall is in operation. Some areas of the project are to be supported by urban development funding from the Free State of Bavaria and the federal funding BEG-EM (BAFA).
