• Description:
• The Neubrandenburg State Building and Real Estate Office was commissioned by the state of M-V to set up an EW building for the basic renovation of teaching building 2, including pollutant cleanup, at the University of Applied Sciences in Güstrow. As part of a feasibility study It was highlighted that the construction project would be carried out in three construction phases. In order to ensure teaching operations and the provision of seminar rooms, interim accommodation is to be provided in the Goldberger Straße 8 building and in the Container facilities A1 and A2 planned. Scope of services: LST 1 (LPH 2-4), optional LST 2,3,4 (LPH 5-8) with average planning requirements. The eligible costs for KG 300 are: 5,328,000.00 gross and KG 400: 3,769,000.00 gross. The start of construction is planned for 2028 and the end of construction for 2031. In accordance with VgV 2016, the planning is awarded through a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The applicant who can be expected to achieve the best possible solution to the task based on his offer will receive the award the order. The planner to be commissioned must first provide service level 1 (LPH 2-4). Completion of performance level 1 is expected within approximately 9 months after the order was placed.
