• The subject of the services to be awarded here are planning services for property planning of buildings and interiors as well as demolition planning as part of the construction of the village house in Swisttal-Essig. The municipality of Swisttal experienced heavy rain and... The flood disaster in July 2021 suffered massive damage to the urban infrastructure. As part of the emergency aid, some damage was temporarily repaired, but the municipal area still requires large-scale restoration measures. It is to carry out the property planning of buildings and interiors for the construction of a new village house at the same location. Content/essential components of the property planning are: - Part 1: Cost group 300, i.e. building - Building construction o Design, approval and implementation planning for the replacement new building o Planning measures for flood protection o Tendering and awarding o Coordination of specialist planners o Construction supervision - Part 2: 3D model planning. Demolition planning must also be carried out. Content of the demolition planning is the provision of service levels 1 to 4 according to AHO booklet No. 18, 2nd edition 2014 - construction site clearance/dismantling. The existing property must be prepared for the replacement building of the Essig village house. This includes the existing building and media lines to restore. For this purpose, a sensible interface must be found with the planners of the replacement building. The object planner is responsible for coordinating the interface.
