- The municipality of Biebertal intends to build a new multi-purpose hall in the Krumbach district to replace the existing hall at the same location. A draft plan from an external planning office is already available for the project, as set out in the cost estimate dated November 8th, 2024 (Appendix A9 to AzA) and the Expose_DGH_Krumbach from October 24th, 2024 (Appendix A10 to the AzA). These were coordinated with the municipal committees and serve as a binding basis for further planning services. Only minor planning adjustments are still possible in the further course. subject of The tender is to commission a property planner to provide the basic services of the property planning service in accordance with Section 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 No. 10.1 of the HOAI 2021 of service phases 3 and 4, i.e. draft planning and approval planning in accordance with the service description (part of the Appendix 2: Tender documents). In addition, there are special services in the property planning service profile in accordance with Section 34 of the HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 No. 10.1 of the HOAI 2021 of service phases 3 and 4 in the form of calculations for profitability/follow-up cost calculations. Finally, there are a few special ones Services still to be provided from service phase 2 of the property planning service profile in accordance with Section 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 No. 10.1 of the HOAI 2021: a. Demolition concept including concept for the continued operation of the fire department building and b. Application to obtain the demolition permit from the MZH (if necessary) Objective This order requires the receipt of a building permit by mid-2026.
