• Description:
• The subject of this procedure is the award of planning services for the replacement of the functional building at the Glashütter Weiher sports campus in the copper town of Stolberg. The contractor is commissioned to provide the basic services of property planning and building Interior spaces according to HOAI 2021 (service phases 1 to 9) as well as agreed special services. The project includes the complete dismantling of the dilapidated existing building, including the grandstands, as well as the construction of a new functional building, which meets the KfW Efficiency House Standard 55 and is powered 100% by renewable energy. A central focus of the planning is dealing with the challenging topography (slope location) to create a barrier-free connection between the Pond level and the sports field level using an elevator system. The aim is to create a sustainable, eligible sports location for club and school sports, taking into account the guidelines of the federal program "Renovation of Municipalities Sports facilities" (SKS).
