Description:
The client is the Joachimsthalsches Gymnasium Templin Building Ensemble Foundation (SGJGT). In the present project, this is a public client within the meaning of Section 99 No. 4 GWB due to public funding.
Property planning for open spaces
For the planning and implementation of listed buildings The repair and renovation of the former Joachimsthalsche Gymnasium Templin with a view to its future use as a comprehensive school with an upper secondary school with an attached boarding school are planning services for the property planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with § 38 ff. HOAI i. V. m. Appendix 11 HOAI 2021 as well as the special and additional services described in more detail in the service description are required. The planning services for service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI are to be provided as part of a step-by-step commission. The order is placed at the conclusion of the negotiation process initially only for service phases 1 to 2. There is no entitlement to commissioning further service phases beyond this.
