Preparation of an outdoor area plan for the insertion and restoration of the outdoor facilities for the conversion, expansion or new construction of the service station with water rescue station at Riemer See in the Riem Landscape Park. The building department intends to convert and expand the existing, single-story service station on Lake Riem. There are rooms for the water rescue service, a kiosk and a public toilet facility. The existing spatial program and the Equipment is no longer up-to-date and must be adapted: As part of the property planning, a new catering concept is to be developed for the kiosk, water rescue rooms are to be converted, renovated or expanded and the location of the jetty with slipway, which is currently 200m away, is to be checked. The current poor visibility of the lake must also be improved by the water rescue service.
