Property planning for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 38 HOAI_New construction and renovation of the education and information center, Jamlitz memorial site The property planning is intended for the construction of a new education and information center and the renovation of a new settler's house at the Jamlitz memorial site Outdoor facilities are carried out in accordance with Section 38 HOAI. An education and information center is to be built at the memorial site. The commemoration is aimed at the time it was used as a subcamp of the Sachsenhausen concentration camp from 1943 to 1945 and the subsequent use of it 1945 to 1947 as a Soviet special camp. Following these uses, the properties were divided and handed over to new settlers. There are no buildings left from the memorial period. On parcel 411 there is a listed new settler's house There is an outbuilding on parcel 410. It is planned to build a new, single-story building for the education and information center, which will have a training and lecture room, a library and offices. The outbuilding will be demolished (on parcel 410) and a new settler's house (on parcel 411) will be renovated to reflect the subsequent use of the site. This building is a listed building.
