- 1. Expansion/new building of the Kempten Agricultural School with a new auditorium and associated functional rooms
2. The planned expansion/new building will contain the planned new auditorium, the school's common room with the necessary functional rooms, chair storage technology rooms and a preparation kitchen on the ground flooras well as an office for the special purpose association. In the basement there will be room for building services (without heating, as a district heating connection is possible via the existing building), a caretaker's room, a registry, a toilet facility with shower, storage rooms and work rooms for practical unitsfind.
3. The building is designed and positioned in such a way that a needs-based expansion in the form of two additional floors is structurally possible without any problems. The extension/new building should be constructed in a contemporary, resource-saving and sustainable manner (e.g. under sustainability standardsstandards from the DGNB, passive house, at least KFW 40, timber construction or timber hybrid construction). This should reflect the learning content imparted, especially in the area of agricultural/home economics training. The workrooms also include future teaching of mechatronics and technologyen skills included.
4. The extension/new building is barrier-free and therefore offers the possibility of also making the area of the old school building, Agriculture Department, barrier-free. The structural connection to the existing building is part of the planning contract.
