- Gradual provision of property planning services of the outdoor area planning service in accordance with Section 39 HOAI from LPH3 to LPH9. The general renovation is carried out during ongoing school operations in construction phases or separately according to components as an existing renovation or renovation with a new building (administration and support).Planning for LPH 3 is intended to begin in April 2024 and construction for the outdoor facilities to begin in 2027. The outdoor facilities are to be renovated or constructed following the renovation of the parts of the building. This includes all areas on the property:
Redesign of the school yards under constructionEducation of the school management (pedagogical concept): A "green classroom", i.e. in dry weather, lessons should be able to take place outdoors.
-Accommodation of the school dog (kennel)
-The pedestrian paths
-Possible access routes for delivery (delivery services for the cafeteria, as well office supplies)
-Staircases
-Car parking areas
-Bicycle parking areas
-Green areas: Coordination with the city planning office to preserve the existing trees or compensation measures for the trees to be felled
