Property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 HOAI. Basic services in service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI as well as special services in service phases 1, 2, 4, 8 and 9.
The planning task is the overall renovation of the listed university library in the city center from 1961, a reinforced concrete frame building with glass-aluminum facade. This includes the comprehensive renovation of the technology and the energy-efficient and listed building renovation building envelope, while maintaining the structurally designed facade appearance. What is desired is a reorganization of use with a strengthening of the interior qualities, an improvement in access and a strengthening of the external connection.
The property planning services intended for commissioning refer to: the overall renovation of the existing building (approx. 7,410 m2 NUF 1-6). The planning should be carried out taking BIM into account. The building is currently being used to a limited extent and is being completely emptied for overall renovation.
There is a cost estimate of approximately 35,000,000 for the construction task Euro (gross).
