Description:
Completion of a framework agreement on the delivery of 129 market value reports of undeveloped land in Hamburg by OeBUV experts taking into account the special Hamburg funding landscape. Duration of 3.5 years.A framework agreement for the creation of market value reports in an open procedure in accordance with § 15 VGV
Dear Sir or Madam,
A temporary framework agreement is advertised, by which the contractors are obliged to do their service in accordance with the following service descriptionon call (individual order) to carry out the conditions specified in the framework agreement.
The framework agreement has a total of 3.5 years until December 31, 2028. The first stage has a term until December 31, 2026. The commissioning of the second stage, the optionalPerformance period from 01.01.2027 to December 31, 2028 includes, it is under the suspensive condition that this level is called up by the client in writing.
The contractor is obliged to provide the further services for the optional period if youat the latest by August 31, 2026.

It is pointed out that by concluding this agreement, the contractor's claim (AN) insists on the client (AG) to accept a minimum amount.
