Description:
The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a term of 15 years with the option of an extension for a further five years (see Appendix 1 to the EVA for the reasons) for the manufacture and delivery of a total of up to 24 protected, highly mobile medical facilitiesRole 2B (ghmSanEinrR2B), of which 6 are fixed orders and a further 18 are on-call services, as well as up to 30 additional multifunctional containers as on-call services. The ghmSanEinrR2B is a protected, highly mobile medical facility with a modular structure. It is a complete system forlife-saving emergency surgical and intensive care care in the immediate vicinity of the mechanized land forces as part of national and alliance defense. The system must represent the capabilities damage control resucitation (DCR) and damage control surgery (DCS). The systemtherefore has the ability to stabilize seriously injured patients through a priority-oriented treatment strategy. The focus of damage control resucitation (DCR) is particularly on stabilizing the medical condition present at the time of admission (preventing deterioration of the condition).the condition) as well as maintaining the blood's ability to clot and oxygen supply are the focus.
