- The Center for Advanced Laser Applications ("Cala") on the High-Tech Research Campus in Garching is looking for a qualified ProteoMik company ("contractor") in order to carry out highly enforced quantitative protomic analyzes of human plasma samples on the Cala. The aim of this project is to identify and quantify proteins that are related to healthy aging in a large cohort of clinical samples (approx. N = 100,000).
Plasma prototomics and robust quality control procedures were wanted, which is able to analyze human plasma samples and which supports the Cala in establishing their own independent proteomic laboratory at the end of the contract term.
