The company is being tendered for the provision of ground handling services and catering at Nuremberg Airport. The basis for this is the Ordinance on Ground Handling Services at Airfields (Ground Handling Services Ordinance - BADV). This announcement does not constitute a public103 GWB in conjunction with the SektVO nor a construction or service concession in accordance with Section 105 GWB in conjunction with the KonzVgV. The announcement and the subsequent selection process are therefore not subject to antitrust procurement law for the award of public contractsr concessions, but exclusively the legal provisions of the aforementioned BADV for the provision of ground handling and in-flight catering services at airports
