Description:
novitas bkk intends to conclude a contract for the supply of its insured persons with magnifying visual aids from product groups 07 and 25, in accordance with Section 33 SGB V in conjunction with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V and all services related to the provision of services. A Conclusion of the contract does not constitute a claim or the awarding of a minimum number of supplies or a minimum order value. Even after the contract has been concluded, service providers can join as contractual partners for the entire duration of the contract under the same conditions, unless they do so due to existing contracts are already entitled to care for the insured in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V.
