Description:
To mitigate the economic effects of the Corona crisis on companies, self-employed people and members of the liberal professions with up to 10 or more than 10 and up to 50 employees, the Federal Republic of Germany and the state of Schleswig-Holstein have launched the "Corona emergency aideprogram of the federal government" or "state program Corona emergency aid" (hereinafter "Corona emergency aid programs") was launched.
The IB.SH was given the task of approving the Corona emergency aid programs by the state of Schleswig-Holstein. Coron is processed within IB.SHa-Emergency aid programs through the "Stabilization Support for the Economy" department.
The legal department of the IB.SH assumes the role of the appeal body in the administrative procedures carried out by the IB.SH and is the central contact person in all of the IB.SH (including the Corona emergency aid programs) legal issues.
