- Description: The Studierendenwerk Augsburg (hereinafter also known as the client or StwA) plans to make the Internet service more attractive for 6 dormitories with a total of 1,312 residential units for students through fiber optic connection. The list of residential complexes and the respective residential units areto be found in the attached price sheet. The implementation for all residential complexes is gradually implemented for some residential complexes up to 30.06.2026.WLAN components, active LAN switches, end devices (routers), the modernization of the existing CAT5 cabling on the CAT7 standard, the new construction of the passive cabling infrastructure (CAT7), as well as broadband internet access based on symmetrical fiber optic bindings. After more successfulCommissioning takes over the operation of the Internet service for all residential complexes and ensures availability as well as the perfect functionality of the services and infrastructure during the entire contract period. This also includes the maintenance of the liabilitiesNetwork infrastructure. A contract term for all residential systems is planned by December 31, 2035.
