- The city of Koenigslutter am Elm from the Helmstedt district would like to build a new five-group daycare center in the town of Bornum in accordance with its daycare concept. She is looking for a contractor who will act as a service provider for the city and look after up to 105 children a new daycare center to be built in guaranteed. The construction of the system and its equipment should be carried out by the operator, who will also operate the system. A contract for the operation of the daycare center is concluded for a period of 20 years. This contract includes the possibility of an extension.
