- Provision and operation of a transshipment facility for municipal waste in the northern district area (in particular Velbert, Heiligenhaus and Wülfrath) including transshipment of the delivered waste as well as the transport of the transshipped waste to the client named disposal facility. The statutory facility is currently the thermal waste treatment plant (TAB) in Wuppertal. Provision/operation of a transshipment facility and transshipment of the delivered waste Provision and operation of a transshipment facility for municipal waste including handling of the delivered waste. The most economical offer is selected from among the offers that were not excluded in the other test points. This is based on the contract term. Those for the offer evaluation Relevant award criteria are presented below: Criterion 1: Total offer fee Criterion 2: Distance calculation The total offer fee is taken into account at 70%, the distance calculation is taken into account at 30% taken into account.
