Description:
Provision, rental and clearance of temporary container facilities, Tegel 1 Airport, 13405 Berlin The client intends to build an arrival center with space for 2,000 on the site of the former Tegel Airport north and east of Terminal C people and an attached area for GEAS with 600 places to temporarily rent. The requirement consists of several three-story buildings for accommodation with integrated administration and lounge areas. The useful life is 5 Years limited and is to be designed as a container facility. In total, the project includes around 2,400 containers and their equipment. Provision and rental of a container system -ID26085_Oez- The service includes the provision, maintenance and Clearing the accommodation facility. The basis for the order is a functional service description. The parking space is located on the former airport apron and therefore on a high-strength concrete surface. Earthworks are excluded. The technical one Development and connection/technical infrastructure for the container facilities must be provided by the service provider. Obtaining the necessary approvals, including probably a project-related type approval, is also part of the process Perfomance.
