Description:
Announcement of a service concession for the connection of sub-supplied addresses in the area of the Ennepe-Ruhr district to a gigabit broadband network with an investment allowance (gray-spot support program) in 9 loose. Bidders can for one, several or all mentioned (individual) looseSubmit an offer. There is also the possibility to submit an overall offer for one, several or all (individual) looses instead of or instead of an offer.
A prerequisite for the consideration of total offers in the negotiation procedure is:
a) It will notsubmitted separately and complete offers to all single -ranked ones, but submitted overall offers. In this case, from the outset, until further notice, only the overall offers submitted will be taken into account in the negotiation procedure and, if necessary, intermediate ratings based on the followingSubject to the scoring matrix (cf. at the end of the negotiation procedure also above for CC)) with the aim of the coverage of the most economical overall offer.
