Description:
Scope of services (excerpts from the service description): The AN guarantees that Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the inner city area, within a radius of 4 km around the town hall on the market square, sufficient vehicles for at least 30 bookings per working day to cover theAre available to the employees of the employees. The AN offers a location-based car sharing system, in which there are defined locations where the vehicles can be picked up and parked (see also point 4.6. Locations). A complementary "free floating" system is aboveIn addition, to provide at least 50 vehicles. During the contract term in the Karlsruhe city area, the AN has permanently ensured availability of at least 250 vehicles. Due to the different requirements of the users, the different types of vehicle fromHold small cars up to upper middle class and van/van. The AN offers both vehicles with switching and automated gearbox. However, at least 5% of the vehicles from the fleet of the AN of the AN in the city area of Karlsruhe must have an automated transmission. Since the city of Karlsruhe strives to reduce emissions, at least 5 % of the fleet must consist of battery-electric vehicles (electric vehicles) or plug-in hybrids (see also for evaluation criteria inPart-B of the procurement documents) As a public client, the city of Karlsruhe has a role model function with regard to environmentally conscious mobility. Therefore, all of the pollutant class Euro 6 must be observed by the vehicles provided to the vehicles provided.
