Description:
With this procedure, the PRIF- Leibniz Institute for Peace and Conflict Research awards the cleaning services divided into two lots (lot 1- maintenance cleaning, lot 2- glass and frame cleaning) in its premises in Darmstadter Ldstr. 110-114 in 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, for a contract duration of two years with a two -time extension option by the client by one year. The area to be cleaned is approx. 3900.17 m2 for Los 1 (including basement and storage rooms with a lower cleaning frequency); approx. 1057.02 m2 for lot 2.
Lot 1 - Maintenance cleaning. The cleaning work includes the professional cleaning and care of all levels, free areas as well as the systems and the agreements and the agreements that are made later (Appendix 2) in accordance with the service description (Appendix 1) or in accordance with the contracts (Appendix 2) Objects in the client's surfaces. A cleaning performance according to cleaning types is required, which is connected to the type of space (see room type book Los 1, Appendix 1a) and is defined in the performance description in accordance with the regular schedule.
Lot 2 - glass and frame cleaning.
