The provision of part of this Driving services are awarded to third parties using this award procedure. The subject of this tender is framework contracts for operating services in regular services in accordance with Section 42 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG), below and in the rest Procurement documents also called “transportation services with electric buses in regular service” or “driving services”. The electric buses and the necessary charging infrastructure must be procured by the contractor (contractor) and for the entire service period to provide and maintain. The client plans to equip various terminal points with charging options for route charging during the contract term. The electric buses must meet the requirements of the subcontractor specifications/vehicle specifications and in particular have charging options via plug and pantograph.
