Description:
The ISB intends to bundle the control of the IT processes and in perspective in the banking processes in a platform. The (IT) processes relevant to the supervisory law are currently controlled via several tools, which leads to data inconsistencies that were objected to as part of a BaFin examination. In order to eliminate this misery, all processes and the necessary data are to be bundled in an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.
Provision of an ESM platform
The ESM platform must meet the following regulative requirements: - Implementation of the requirements regarding The Dora (Digital Operational Resilience Act)-Hosting and Application Requirements according to MARISK-Hosting and application requirements according to GDPR The platform must be the requirements in accordance with the IT strategy, DORA strategy and ICT DPR strategy of ISB, including BSI 200-1, BSI 200-2, BSI 200-4, BSI C5 and support the standards of the ISO 27xxx series. You should be able to map the requirements of the IT infrastructure Library (ITIL4) as a de-facto standard for IT operation of ISB. The platform must be available in an EU.
