Description:
The subject of the award procedure is the provision of gastronomic supply and catering services at the Messe and Congress Centrum Halle Muensterland (MCC), Albersloher Weg 32, 48155 Muenster (excluding public events). The order includes planning, organizational and operational Gastronomic support for events of various kinds, in particular: - congresses and meetings, - company events (e.g. anniversaries, banquets, Christmas parties, company meetings), - social events (e.g. banquets, balls, graduation balls, carnival events), - and selected special events. The service is provided on the basis of a lease with sales commission to Messe und Congress Halle Muensterland GmbH. The lease is scheduled to begin on August 1st, 2026. The contract term is 36 months with the option of two contracts Extension for 12 months each (maximum 5 years). The tenant receives gastronomy exclusivity for the types of events mentioned. However, in justified individual cases, the client may allow third-party caterers to use the service. Gastronomic services are excluded of public events (in particular trade fair and break catering as well as other public areas), as these are leased separately. Scope of services: The gastronomic services essentially include (the list is not exhaustive): - Coordination and communication with Customers, organizers and the client, - calculation, preparation of offers and contract processing, - purchasing, production and preparation of food and drinks, - organization, provision and deployment of service and kitchen staff, - implementation of the gastronomic service during the Events, follow-up, billing and quality control.
