Description:
The main building of the Oberhessen vocational school in Nidda, it is a building that consists of two buildings that are connected by two courses with adjacent rooms and the courtyard. The entire building was built in solid construction. With the roofs It is flat roofs, with the roof of the 2-storey building recently renovated in 2011. The roof area of the 1-storey building was last renovated in 2000. The two -storey part of the building (EG and OG) was built in 1974. Here are classrooms, the administrative areas the school, teacher room / library, a multi-purpose room, an IT room, a teaching kitchen with a dining room, a kiosk and a room for the caretaker, sanitary and storage rooms. The ground and upper floor are connected by two internal staircases. The cultivation of the 1-storey Building part (EC) took place in 1976. Here are mainly specialist rooms (vehicle, electrical, heating, sanitary). There is a creeper (cable routing) in the basement of the entire building. The 2-storey building of the main building is planned in the course of the renovation of the adjacent workshop building to decouple. The renovation of the 2-storey building is carried out in various construction phases. The exact formation of the construction phases is determined in coordination with the project participants and the Wetteraukreis in the course of further planning. It became a general planner for the performance phases 1-4 (level A). The planning is currently in the service phase 3 "Design Planning". Accordingly, in the course of the previous planning, the planning and design of the technical trades was optimized and finalized.
