TThe United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), adopted in 1992, is the foundation of the intergovernmental process addressing the global problem of climate change. The process is supported by the UNFCCC secretariat ("the secretariat"), headquartered in Bonn, Germany since 1996. The secretariat supports all institutions involved in this effort, including the COP, the subsidiary bodies, and their Bureaux, in the implementation of the Convention and its Paris Agreement.As part of its core digital operations, the secretariat maintains a number of publicly accessible and internal web applications that must remain highly available, performant, and secure. To support this, the secretariat relies on Imperva Incapsula, a cloud-based application delivery and security platform, for services such as web application firewall (WAF), load balancing, DDoS protection, and traffic optimization.In this context, the UNFCCC secretariat intends to establish a Framework Contract with an authorized Imperva reseller to provide licensing, subscription management, and associated consulting services related to Imperva Incapsula.
