Description:
The client, Charite CFM Facility Management GmbH, would like to have coffee machines with full service for the provision of drinks set up in the tea kitchens of its employees.
The Charite portfolio locations that are subject to the award are the Campus Benjamin Franklin (CBF), the Campus Charite Mitte (CCM), the Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK) and the Campus Berlin Buch (CBB) including their external locations.
To this end, an agreement on the provision, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair and filling of fully automatic coffee machines, with a term from 10/01/2023 to 09/30/2028 and der option for two extensions of one year each up to a maximum of September 30, 2030.
As part of the award, two different device classes have been defined depending on consumer behavior.
