Description:
The client, Charite CFM Facility Management GmbH, would like to have coffee machines with full service for the provision of drinks set up in the kitchenettes of its employees. The locations of the Charite portfolio that are the subject of the award are the Campus Benjamin Franklin (CBF), the Campus Charite Mitte (CCM), the Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK) and the Campus Berlin Buch (CBB) including their external locations. For this purpose, an agreement on the provision, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair and filling of fully automatic coffee machines, with a term from October 1st, 2023 to September 30th, 2028 and der option for two extensions of one year each up to September 30, 2030 at the latest. Depending on consumer behavior, two different device classes have been defined as part of the award process.
