- The University of Applied Sciences Hamburg (HAW Hamburg) conducts this award for itself and other consortial partners (= KP), Hafencity University Hamburg (HCU Hamburg) as a client (= KF) and consortial guide (= KF). Die HAW Hamburg ist als Konsortialfuehrerin So also a consortial partner. The clients currently have existing full service contracts via the installed printing and multifunction systems. The aim of this tender is the replacement of this by new contracts that the rent of output systems including software, the on -site service and support support and the billing on a page price basis.

The parties involved pursue the following objectives with the implementation of this contractual performance: Optimization of printing and copying output, - exchange / modernization of all printing and multifunction systems, - Reduction of the number of printer drivers to a minimum, - securing a high -quality color pressure, - integration of all administrative systems into the existing network infrastructure, - service in the form of toner exchange and refilling paper - billing the service based on Basic rental prices plus a service check price, - implementation of an individual billing model.
