The Harzklinikum Dorothea Christiane Erxleben GmbH (AG) is a hospital of focus on locations in Quedlinburg, Wernigerode and Blankenburg. The Harz Hospital looks after around 100,000 patient cases annually, including 28,000 inpatient, and comprises 20 clinics and 8 partially certifiedMedical centers. As part of the "Future Program Hospitals" according to the Hospital Future Act ("KHZG": Law for a Future Program Hospitals (Hospital Future Act - KHZG) of October 23, 2020, BGBl. 2020, p. 2208), various digitization projects according to § 14aHospital Financing Act ("KHG") in conjunction with §§ 19 ff.
