Perception of services of the infrastructural building management (property protection service) in the form of provision of personnel to provide gatekeeping services (recovery, security and telephone agency services) for the Federal Institute for Administrative Services (BAV) at Schloßplatz 9 in 26603 Aurich by a security force of:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No service provision is required on nationwide and additional statutory holidays in Lower Saxony.
It is necessary to wear a adequate service clothing with a name tag.
Reception services:
-May in the update and operation of the receiving monitor
-Reception and support of guests as well as their telephone registration (access management)
-Contribution of post and other deliveries of external service providers
- Customer, visitors and other people who do not work for the BAV or the federal water and shipping management of the federal (WSV) are in accordance with the AG
-Expression and acceptance of visitor cards according to the AG
