- Provision of planned operating services with buses and coaches in regular service in accordance with Section 42 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) The subject of the service is the provision of planned operating services with buses and coaches in regular service in accordance with Section 42 Passenger Transport Act (PBefG). The driving services will be taken over from August 24, 2026 until the major timetable change in mid-December 2028. The contractor must provide the service himself and not through third parties. The contractor must have one Have approval according to the PBefG, which covers the vehicles used. It must have an operating headquarters/yard in Potsdam, including a radius of 40 km, in order to enable ViP to exercise the control function in accordance with BOKraft.
