The client intends to build passive network infrastructures in accordance with Section 3 No. 45 TKG to build a nationwide and high-performance gigabit broadband network (so-called "passive network"). The planning, construction and monata services required for this to a certain extentare the subject of this tender procedure carried out across Europe. In order to implement this measure, the client has grants based on the federal funding program for the broadband expansion of the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport according to the guideline "Funding for supportof the gigabitaus construction of the telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany "(Gigabit directive 2.0) and the Digital Offensive Saxony of August 22, 2023-Co-finance of funding measures according to the federal gigabit directive.In a separate selection process, the lease of the passive network to be built to a network operator.
