Description:
The city of Marl intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision, cleaning, repair and maintenance of rental clothing (high-visibility clothing) of the Mascot brand for the commercial employees of the central depot. There should be a framework agreement for a full-service rental agreement can be completed with pick-up and delivery service. The contract term extends from January 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2029. However, the client reserves the right to extend the contract once by up to two years. In any case, the contract ends no later than December 31, 2031 without a separate letter of termination. The approximately 210 employees at the central depot require personal work clothing in the form of protective clothing, some with high-visibility equipment, for their daily work. The quantities stated in the list of services are based on estimates. The contractor has no claim to a minimum purchase of the advertised quantities. Billing is based on the service actually provided.
