Description: Provision of scheduled SPNV services between Dresden and Leipzig with a range of services of around 1 810 000 train km per year for a term of 15 timetable years from the timetable change in December 2025.
In coordination with the respective authorities, the award procedure can be extended to the following additional SPNV services with staggered start-up:
- from December 2025;
- RE 11 between Hoyerswerda and Leipzig;
- from December 2026;
- RE 15 between Dresden and Hoyerswerda;
- RE 18 between Dresden and Cottbus;
- RB 31 between Dresden and Elsterwerda;
- RB 51 between Dresden and Riesa;
- from December 2027;
- S 1 between Meißen-Triebischtal and Schöna;
- S 2 between Dresden Airport and Pirna;
- S 3 between Dresden and Tharandt or Freiberg;
- S 11 between Meißen-Triebischtal and Pirna.
