Description:
Provision of towing services at the request of the client with removal, safekeeping of the vehicles and handing them over to the holders/owners (24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year) against collection of the costs incurred including appropriate expense allowance for AG for the siteof Duesseldorf Airport and Duesseldorf Airport City. Total about 3,000 transactions per year in recent years including transfers. Collection risk lies with AN.
Occasionally used in multi-storey car parks (1.90 m height) and rarely for trucks.
On-site response time 20 minutes (06:00 - 24:00) or 1 hour (24:00 h - 06:00 h) from placing the order over the phone.
In the event of an order: Provision of a secured stand-by area for towed vehicles up to a maximum distance of 4 km from the airport terminal by the contractor at his own expense.
