Description:
The subject of renewal is a bridge crane in the assembly hall in the pumped storage power plant (PSW) Hohenwarte I with the following sizes:
• Planning, calculation and construction of a complete crane with the development of assembly technology in coordination with the client,
• Delivery, assembly andCommissioning of the crane,
• Creation of a total documentation.
The upgrading includes the scope of delivery and services below (planning, delivery and assembly):
• New twilight bridge crane with a load capacity of 25t and lifting height 15.20m,
• Haupt hub with 25T and an auxiliary shov with 5tLoad capacity, although the overall affordable of 25t of the crane must not be exceeded (sum load limit). The two running cats should be used to turn components ≤ 5t.Sender and recipient (in the event of a failure of the control)
• Salval switch for cat, crane ride and hub
• Collision protection between the running cats
• Fast stroke and fine stroke
• Oberstlicht detachment using measurement bolts
• Load ad
• Main current acceptance via safety grinding line (for approx. 35 mCrane railway length)
• Acoustic signaling in crane ride
• Complete new electrics
