- Experience traumatic events as a victim or witness of physical or sexual violence can lead to long -term damage to mental health and thus their development in children and adults. Many asylum seekers flee their children from theirs due to such eventsLand of origin. In comparison to the general population, so -called trauma disorders (e.g. post -traumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders) were found in you and your children. The tender serves the EU Directive 2013/33/EU, the protective standards for particularly vulnerableGroups set. Asylum seekers with mental disorders and experiences of violence (within the meaning of the EU Directive 2013/33/EU, Art. 21 and 22) are part of such a group. Depending on the countries of origin, an increase in the rate of mentally impaired asylum seekers is alsoand to expect their children. The state admission authority of Lower Saxony (Lab NI) therefore strives to offer asylum -specific and their children promptly to offer psychiatric/psychological first diagnosis to the contractor, which allows indicated psychotherapeutic or psychiatric measuresto initiate early. The performance must be carried out in suitable rooms outside the Lab NI. Only at Los 1, 2, 9 and 10 is the option that the client provides suitable rooms.
