Description:
From 2026, the psychological input diagnosis of adult prisoners must be awarded to external providers and/or private sector organized providers in the Neumuenster correctional facility. The need is 160 lessons per month. With the remuneration of these specialist service hours all personnel and sufficient costs of the contractor are compensated. The specialist performance lessons are to be provided in the JVA Neumuenster.
The aim of psychological input diagnostics is to create a risk profile and legal forecast as well as suggestions for creating a treatment plan for prisoners after their inclusion in criminal. The input diagnosis should be carried out in a reasonable time frame using a suitable test diagnostics, implementation of exploration talks and behavioral observations. Relevant forecasting procedures form the basis for the psychological statements to be created in accordance with §7 LStvollzG SH, which are presented as part of recording conferences.
