PTLS POL: Consulting and Support services in finance and project controlling
The subject of the contract is the provision of overarching financial controlling services ("superordinate financial controlling) and the operational project controlling for measures including PTLS POL projects (" individual project controlling ") Appointment according to service description. The background is that the PTLS POL is currently responsible for around 600 to 800 measures that are handled as part of the funds granted by the respective households. Part of these measures are defined as projects. There are currently 40 projects in the categories of service and service projects such as IT procurement projects, IT development projects, organizational projects and standardized procurement projects of the PTLS Pol. Incidentally, reference is made to the service description and the controlling contract.
