Description:
The present construction measure is the renovation of the listed existing building, consisting of two cubic construction bodies, the five -storey head building with offices and entrance hall as well as a subsequent, two -storey office wing with four atriums.
The entrance hall leads from the EC to the 4th floor and is spanned with a glass roof from five saddle -roof -shaped light strips. In the hall, 2 enclosed reinforced concrete stairs lead to all upper floors in which they open up on all -round corridors. This atrium is expanded into steps into steps in steps into steps in steps eastern direction.
The Ratskeller with kitchen and adjoining rooms is located in the basement; Furthermore, the technology center and an archive are housed there.
