Public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in the line bundle "LGG Sued-Bergstrasse"
The Lokale Nahverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Kreis Gross-Gerau (LNVG) intends to act as the entrusted responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 of the Act on Local Public Transport in Hesse in conjunction with Section 8a PersonTransport Act (PBefG) and Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 to issue a public service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG in their area of responsibility. The subject of the intended OeDA are all publicLocal passenger transport services of the "LGG Sued-Bergstrasse" line bundle in accordance with the Gross-Gerau district local transport plan. At the start of operations (see Section II.2.7), these include the transport services on all lines of the "LGG Sued-Bergstrasse" line bundle, which are described in the supplementary document (see Section VI.1, C) are described.
