Description:
The city of Radolfzell intends to act as the responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 i. V. in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 3 Sentence 2 OePNVG Baden-Wuerttemberg to grant a public service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG).en. The subject of the intended OeDA is all current and future public passenger transport services (OePNV) of the Radolfzell city transport (including regular scheduled transport). The transport services included at the start of operations (see Section II.2.7) are set out in the Supplementary Document (see Sectiont VI.1, C). The intended award affects the entire service area covered by the aforementioned transport services in the city of Radolfzell as well as areas in the municipality of Allensbach (service of a stop at the Allensbach wildlife park in the period from May 1st to the last Sunday ofSummer holidays in Baden-Wuerttemberg). In total, according to the current planning status, the transport services to be awarded amount to around 600,000 scheduled kilometers per year in regular service and around 30,000 occupied kilometers per year in scheduled service. The OeDA refers to transport services dit public transport i. S.v. § 8 PBefG regardless of the design of the form of operation in detail (in particular regular services within the meaning of §§ 42, 43, 44 PBefG and flexible forms of operation if necessary also within the meaning of § 46 in conjunction with § 2 para. 6, para . 7 PBefG).
