• Public service contract for public passenger transport services in Singen city bus transport The city of Singen intends to act as the responsible authority (§ 6 para. 3 sentence 2, para. 1 sentence 2 of the law on the planning, organization and design of the public transport (ÖPNVG BW) in conjunction with Section 8a Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 PBefG) to award a public service contract (ÖDA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 1 and 2 PBefG. The intended one Award refers to passenger transport services of local public transport (ÖPNV) i. S.v. Section 8 PBefG and Section 2 Paragraph 1 ÖPNVG BW. The ÖDA to be awarded covers all public passenger transport services in the city of Singen. This Public passenger transport services are described in more detail in a supplementary document (see section 2.1.4 below). This includes scheduled, scheduled transport services as well as scheduled on-demand transport i.e. S.v. Section 2 Paragraph 1 No. 3 PBefG in conjunction with v. with §§ 42 - 44 PBefG. Additional regular services or regular scheduled services in accordance with Section 42 PBefG or (if necessary for the first time) in accordance with Section 43 PBefG or Section 44 PBefG can also be started during the term of the ÖDA.
